OUR RATES

Prices are quoted per room, per night and include a full English breakfast. Single rate less 15 % of the room rate.
All bedrooms are garden facing with full en-suite bathrooms and are available in double (king) or twin beds.
Dinners are served daily between October & April @ R520p/p. All other dinners are on request.
We regret no pets allowed.

Booking Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to alter the tariffs without notification. VISA, MASTERCARD and DINERS CLUB are accepted.
Reservations are confirmed upon a receipt of a 50 % deposit of the total amount, or by quoting a credit card number with an expiry date.
The reservation can be released without notification if no deposit is received.
In the event of a cancellation 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is fully refundable, less any bank charges.
In the event of a cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival the deposit is non refundable.
For non cancellation and non arrival, the full room rate will be levied.
For group bookings or long stays, 10 days or more, a 20 % deposit must be lodged on confirmation of booking. This deposit is non refundable. A further 30 % non refundable deposit is required 60 days before arrival date.
