The dining room is open between 8am and 10am for hearty breakfasts each morning, either in the dining room or on the front patio, where lofty umbrellas and brightly coloured tablecloths, create a leisurely affair.
A full English & Continental buffet, with a choice of freshly baked pastries, yoghurt cheese and cold meat platters, together with cereals and a choice of juices, await you.
An individual fruit platter will be served at your table, as you are seated and your tea & coffee orders taken. Cooked breakfast orders will follow and our attentive staff, are always standing by, to see to your every need and to give you advise on ‘how to spend you day’.

The dining room, with its crisp white linen, elegant tableware and glasses, is transformed, as the lights are dimmed for intimate candlelit dinners. The menu, with its blend of International and local flavours, is further enhanced by the freshly picked herbs and ‘greens’ from the lodges own ‘veggie’ patch. As the evening draws to a close, homemade truffles with tea and coffee are served in the lounge or on the patio, amidst the warm and social buzz of conversation, reflecting on the sights and experiences of the day.
