Terms and Conditions

All rooms are garden facing and all have full en-suite bathrooms with twin basins, separate walk in shower and large bath.

All prices are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR).

Tariffs are quoted per person, per night and include a full English Breakfast.

Single room rate is charged at double occupancy less 15%.

CHECK IN from 14h00 and CHECK OUT by 11h00 – Reception is open daily from 08h00 to 22h30.

Early or late arrivals or departures by arrangement only.

We reserve the right to alter the tariffs without notification.

No pets are allowed on the premises.

Dinners are served upon request.

All rooms are strictly Non-Smoking – A cleaning fee will be levied for non compliance.

In the event of a cancellation 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is fully refundable.

Reservations are confirmed by email once availability has been confirmed, and credit card details have been supplied to secure the booking.

A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount will be required to secure the booking

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable.

For non cancellations and non arrivals, the full room rate will be levied.

Group bookings require a 20% deposit and a further 30% at a stipulated date prior to arrival. This is non-refundable.
